I absolutely adore cows so when I saw the reference photo of the calf I was so inspired! I haven’t used graphite in a very long time as I’ve never been much of a fan of the medium but I’ve been converted.

Finished in a traditional style this Pony is set in a beautiful wintry setting. Done in mostly water soluble pencils and water to paint with. This is actually one of my first watercolour paintings I hope you like it.
